The next songwriting group, Safe Circle, starts Feb 21
CC singer/songwriter Billy Hollis invites you to join songwriters of any and all levels in a six-week songwriting circle. This group will offer a songwriters a safe place for fostering growth, in which to experiment, learn, and develop your craft. Meetings will include a mix of writing, reading, and sharing musically.
Safe Circle starts on February 21, and will meet from 7pm – 9p, through a hybrid Zoom / in-person format. The workshop will culminate with an opportunity to perform your work in a small showcase. Safe Circle will be limited to ten people.

Winter Book Club: Leaf by Niggle, Feb 20 at 7pm
Join us for our winter book club discussion! Leaf by Niggle is a novella written by J. R. R. Tolkien and published in 1945. It is often seen as an allegory of Tolkien’s own creative process, and, to an extent, of his own life.
You can find Leaf by Niggle as part of larger collections by Tolkien, one of which is called Tree and Leaf and the other is called Tales from the Perilous Realm (links to the library and online resellers). You can also purchase Leaf by Niggle as a standalone novella via Amazon.
